Erst geht die Tür auf, dann das Herz!
Das ist unser Motto, nachdem wir unsere Chalet Apartments und den Hof betreiben. Wir lieben es echt, ehrlich und herzlich. Genau das bieten wir auch unseren Gästen am Hof. Wir freuen uns sehr Euch bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Darauf, Euch in unsere Landwirtschaft mitzunehmen und auf eine wunderbare Zeit bei uns am Schmiedhof! Bis bald!

Our two newly built vacation apartments in exclusive chalet style offer a quaint and cozy living experience for the whole family on more than 100 sqm each.
A huge, Mediterranean garden with barbecue and dining area, hammocks, raised beds, yoga platform and relaxation zone complete our offer for a decelerated and relaxing vacation in the Chiemgauer Land.

Besides, there is a lot to see at our farm: With our nearly 250 cow ladies, almost every day a young one sees the light of day. In the morning our cows are fed with 14 tons of silage and in summer we manage about 140 hectares of meadows and fields. And not to forget the many little calves, chickens, our two giant eared rabbits and our farm dog Jimmy.
Together as a family farm we are almost the whole day in the fresh air and care for our animals with passion: feeding, milking, mucking out, tractor driving, field work. However, we do not lack coziness and togetherness: After the work is done, we like to sit together in the garden with a glass of wine, barbecue and make campfires. And for relaxation, farmer Kathi, a certified yoga instructor, offers relaxation and yoga classes and provides everyone on the farm with delicious snacks and healthy food from the garden. Our vacation apartment Almwiesen offers with approx. 110 sqm enough space for 4 people. The apartment is equipped with a large and modern kitchen, living and dining area, two spacious separate bedrooms, bathroom with corner bath, rain shower and washing machine, as well as an extra infrared wellness room.
The bedrooms are equipped with exclusive double beds. These and many other pieces of furniture were handmade and consist of the wood of a more than 100 years old hay barn from our village.
From the balcony you have an unobstructed view over the surrounding forests, meadows and the best: the sunset.
All in all, the Almwiesen invites you for the perfect family vacation!
