The minimum stay in high season is 7 nights. In the low season you can also book a shorter stay with us upon request.
We warmly welcome you from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please provide us with brief information. On the day of departure, the apartment is available to you until 10:00 a.m.
After booking confirmation, 30% of the total price must be paid within one week. The booking is only binding once the deposit has been received. You can then pay the remaining payment directly on site or transfer it to us in advance. Please note that we do not offer card payment.

Our completely newly built holiday home is in a wonderful, secluded location about half a kilometer outside of Ruderatshofen, a small community in the Ostallgäu. We offer you four exclusive holiday apartments, a wellness area, a common room and a spacious garden. Surrounded by meadows with a view of the picturesque mountain backdrop, our farm is a quiet place to relax in the middle of nature. No matter whether you want to explore the hiking trails and lakes in summer or enjoy the snowy landscape in winter - our farm is the ideal starting point for discovering the Allgäu.

For those seeking relaxation, it is the perfect environment to unwind and relax. Active holidaymakers can enjoy the surrounding nature on hikes, bike tours or ski trips. Families will find plenty of space to play and run around on our farm, while there are numerous activities on offer in the area. Shared nature experiences create unforgettable moments for the whole family.

Our organic farm is a family business that is run as a part-time business. We rely on sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture with species-appropriate suckler cow husbandry. There are also a group of hens and a rooster living on our organic farm.

An infrared cabin and a combination sauna await you in our small but nice wellness area. Where you can choose between a classic Finnish sauna or a bio sauna.
