Family-friendly holiday flat on the Bio Arche farm

Grias ui, wir sind Lisa und Peter Prinz und leben mit unseren zwei Kindern, Oma, Opa und allerhand großen und kleinen Tieren auf dem Bio-Arche Hof im Ostallgäu. Mit viel Herz bewirtschaften wir gemeinsam den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. Neben Kühen leben bei uns noch Pferde, Schafe, Hunde, Hühner, Kaninchen, Enten und Kanarienvögel.

As they live directly in our house, they are right in the middle of things and can experience our farm life, maybe even lend a hand? No problem with us! As our only guest, we take time for you.

You would like to get to know our horses - grooming, leading, riding - please contact us. Six horses and a pony currently live in our open stable in a species-appropriate environment. The rabbits are also happy to have visitors. Our dogs Jesko and Ida are very child-friendly and, like our cats, love to be stroked.

Whether you want to go hiking - here or in the nearby mountains or treat yourself to a little wellness in the Bad Wörishofen thermal spa or in the Kristalltherme in Schwangau.

From here, many day trips are less than an hour's drive away and there is something for everyone.

Adrenalin junkies will find what they are looking for in Skyline Park, while younger children can be enchanted in the fairytale forest in Schongau.

There are countless swimming opportunities in the immediate vicinity - the Neugablonz open-air swimming pool with lots of play options. If you prefer something closer to nature, you can cycle to the Oggenrieder Weiher or hire a SUP from us and paddle in the Forggensee.
In colder temperatures there are several indoor swimming pools to choose from.

A newly created natural playground is just a few minutes' walk away.

In winter you can use the cross-country skiing and skating trail that runs right past the farm.

We are a GEH certified Arche-Hof which means that we breed three endangered livestock breeds to secure their existence and preserve biodiversity. These are the original brown cattle, red coloured lowland cattle and the tan rabbit.

We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and introducing you to the many facets of agriculture. Visit us to enjoy the authentic atmosphere and experience the specialities of the family farm at first hand, because for us a farm is more than just a piece of land and a few animals. It is a way of life that connects us with nature and the cycle of life.

Our cosy holiday flat on the second floor of the farmhouse is centrally located near Kaufbeuren in the Ostallgäu and offers space for 2-4 people. It has its own entrance which can be reached via an outside staircase. There is a small balcony that invites you to linger. At the foot of the stairs is also your car park.
The bedroom has a double bed (2mx2m). A travel cot is available. In the spacious living and dining room there is the possibility to create two more sleeping possibilities. There is also a TV available. The modern kitchen is well equipped and a dishwasher takes care of the washing up.
