Our secluded farmhouse, Steinhofmühle, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Bavarian Forest, invites you to an unforgettable vacation. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and serenity of our idyllic retreat and discover what our farm and country life have to offer. Experience deceleration, allow children to be children, and embrace nature with all your senses.

**Accommodation:**
Our lovingly designed holiday apartments and rooms are perfect for families with children and couples alike. Each accommodation exudes cosiness and is equipped with modern amenities to ensure you a comfortable stay. In each unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bedrooms, and bathrooms with windows. Enjoy the view of the surrounding nature from your own balcony or terrace and let your soul unwind.

**Sustainability:**
We strive to live in harmony with nature. With a large photovoltaic system and storage, we cover part of our electricity needs, including charging electric cars. The water comes from our own water source, and wastewater is treated through a biological sewage treatment plant. Additionally, the units are heated by the farm's wood chip heating system using wood from our own forest.

**Activities:**
Experience the beauty of the Bavarian Forest, be enchanted by the diversity of the landscape, and start your adventure right outside the front door. The magnificent secluded location invites children to unrestricted and liberated play. Take a tour around the farm with our pedal cars, play table tennis, kick football, swing, rock, jump on the trampoline, drive the pedal tractor over the feed table, and much more. Get to know our two ponies, our three cats, and the cows and calves. In winter, the surroundings offer numerous opportunities for skiing, sledding, or cross-country skiing, so there is no boredom even in the cold season.

**Relaxation:**
Recharge your energy and book a massage for yourself and your loved ones. To pause for a moment, we recommend taking a walk in the forest, soaking your feet in the stream, or visiting our farm's small, self-built chapel. For cooling off, you can always take a dip in our water pond and let the children splash around.

**Additional amenities:**
Arriving by electric car? No problem! Our farm offers you an electric charging station and additional charging stations at the chalets. Additionally, Pilger bakery delivers fresh organic bread rolls and treats with their sales wagon.

Holiday house Chalet 1

The chalet features its own wardrobe in the entrance area, a generously open-plan living kitchen with dining table, a pull-out couch, and a Swedish stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery. Additionally, a washing machine is integrated into the kitchen.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom (baby cot available) and a bedroom with two single beds.

The bright bathroom with toilet is spacious and characterized by its large walk-in shower and private sauna with a view of nature. From the bathroom, you have direct access to the outdoor area, a separate garden with a large terrace and seating area, deck chairs, and a sun umbrella. The private wood-fired hot tub with spring water invites relaxation and enjoyment.

Additional amenities:
Private parking with electric charging station, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen, and towel service, vacuum cleaner, ground floor, wheelchair accessible.

Note: Chalet 1 and 2 are completely identical, except for the color design of the living kitchen, which is contrasting (gray curtains/olive green couch).

Additionally, a washing machine is integrated into the kitchen.

Sleeping arrangements include one double bedroom (with the option to add a baby cot) and one bedroom with two single beds.

The bright bathroom with toilet is spacious and distinguished by its large walk-in shower and private sauna with a view of nature. From the bathroom, you have direct access to the outdoor area, a secluded garden with a large terrace and seating area, lounge chairs, and a sun umbrella. The private wood-heated hot tub with spring water invites you to relax and enjoy.
