Holiday home belonging to a small farm with a wild deer encl

Our holiday home belongs to a small second occupation farm in the wonderful “Allgäu”. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining and a living room , 2 bathrooms each with a toilette, a kitchen, a winter garden and a beautiful garden including a terrasse.

Let your children play and have fun in the garden and share a nice time together. Furthermore, you can watch our fallow deer, sheep, pigs and so on. For your children we provide a sand pit as well as vehicles suitable for children. At the near by lake in Attenhausen – slightly 3 km away- you can go swimming
and cool off.

The holiday home “Gitta” is situated at the edge of the village Erkheim which has a population of about 3,000 inhabitants.Here you can get everything you need for a daily life. Erkheim is the ideal starting point for a variety of trips. Erkheim is conveniently situated and due to it's own entrance to the freeway Munich, Lindau, Ulm and Füssen are reachable within 45 minutes – 60 minutes. Furthermore, the railway station is 3 km away and the “Allgäu Airport” is in the
distance of about 15 kms.

In the holiday home there are a dining and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom including a shower and toilette as well as a winter garden with a nice view over the garden ( ground floor). On the first floor there is one bedroom with 2 single beds including a nice balcony.The second bedroom provides 2 single beds as well and a sofa - perfect for sleeping. Furthermore, on the first floor you can find a bathroom including a bathtub and a toilette.

Das Ferienhaus hat im Erdgeschoss einen großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie einen Wintergarten mit toller Sicht auf den Garten. Im 1. Stock befinden sich die Schlafzimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Es gibt im 1. Stock ein eigenes Bad mit Badwanne und WC.
