You only have to pay for the rolls.
NO credit card, you pay directly to us, to our account.
When booking, 40% of the booking amount must be paid, after the deposit has been made and received on our account, your booking is complete, you simply bring the remaining amount in cash and euros with you and give it to us on the day of arrival.
The tourist tax is always added to the overnight prices.
The tourist tax per adult and per night. = 1.70 €
The tourist tax per child from 6 years and per night. = 0.50 €
Children under 6 years are free.
With a GdB of 50% to 99%, the 1/2 visitor's tax does not apply
and with a GdB of 100% and business travelers €0 tourist tax.

We renting out our large apartment since 2011 and small apartment since 2013
From 2011/2013 to 2019, both apartments had 4 DTV stars.
Our large apartment has 3 bedrooms + 1 lounger in the living room

SZ3 2bunk beds screwed together to form a double bunk bed (2x approx. 1.90x2m) and 1bunk bed
"SZ4"=WZ 1 bed-couch (90x2m)
Bathroom with window, shower, tub, toilet, washing machine, etc.
additional Guest toilet AND in bedrooms 2 and 3 there is a washing area with washbasin, mirror, etc. in it.

Our small apartment has 2 bedrooms + 1 lounger in the living room

We are a non-smoking house, but there are ashtrays on the terraces, smoking and barbecuing are allowed there.

All inclusive guest card, hand/bath towels, tea towels, kitchen and toilet paper, soap, parking space(s) etc. is included in the price.
Fully equipped fitted kitchen(s) with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob and oven, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, glasses, crockery, cutlery, bowls, etc.

At each bed there are night lamp(s) and free sockets, e.g. load devices.
On the terrace(s) are (large apartment): U-corner bench, hammock swing and (small apartment): garden set and large and small apartment. 1 bistro table with chairs, grill, etc.
In winter, our guests in both apartments have: 1-2 toboggan sleds, 1-2 plastic bobsleds, 2 plastic butt slide plates).
For childs there are 2 “big” slides, 2-3 karts, 2-3 tricycles, 1-2 unicycles, 1 kicker, etc.

Leisure Info:
Our location here is almost ideal for:
- Hikes, walks (from the front door of the apartment),
E.g.: to the forest chapel on the Amesberg (approx. 30 min.), or from there to Arnbruck (about 6km) to the airfield (walking time approx. 1 hour), with a small restaurant for a small snack, or the circular hiking trail no. 14 to the Neunußberg castle ruins (about 3km) or
e.g. at the big Pfahl (quartz rock, about 10km), Bavaria's No. 1 geotope, or on the many mountains around the Amesberg, such as the Kronberg (about 3km), from where you can see the whole of Viechtach, or the Kaitersberg, Arber, Rachel, Lusen, Osser, Weißenstein (white stone), Hirschenstein (deer stone) etc ., or
- Visit many castles, museums,
- Visit and have fun on the Wald-Wipfel-Weg, or summer toboggan run in St. Englmar,
- horseback riding about 800 m away,
- or sit at the cozy and romantic campfire and watch and listen to nature and the animals “falling asleep and possibly waking up”,
- or enjoy the sunset on the panoramic terrace,
- Bike tours (bicycles and e-bikes for hire at the tourist office in Viechtach),
- You can also book guided canoe tours through the "Bavarian Forest" on the Black Regen (also known as "Bavarian Canada") in Viechtach,
- relax in the apartment, or on the panoramic terrace, sunbathing lawn, or have a barbecue,
- in summer: look for mushrooms, collect blueberries,
- in winter: "If groomed", cross-country skiing from d. front door d. Apartment, tobogganing, building a snowman, romping around in the snow,
- Alpine skiing on several ski lifts within a radius of about 8 to 35 km, (including Arber) or
- but also for many other leisure activities, events and excursions in the immediate vicinity.
Also to the Czech border, where several many Vietnam markets, travel-free shops, cheaper petrol stations etc., it is via “Furth im Wald” about 35km.

We are all-inclusive card hosts. With the card you can visit at least 40 of the most attractive leisure facilities in our region here, often even once a day for free.
This fully comfortable, cozy and modern furnished, 135m² apartment can be reached via a flight of stairs, basement, at our house.
For about 4-6 more people, we also have a smaller, barrier-free, ground-level holiday apartment in the same house. So then up to 18-21 people could stay in the same house.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments, but there are ashtrays on the terraces. Smoking and barbecuing is allowed on the terraces.
Our large apartment has 3 bedrooms + 1 lounger in the living room,
SZ1 1 raised double bed (1.80m x 2m), 1 bunk bed (90x2m) and 1 baby cot (61cm x 1.20m)
