Lots of green - lots of animals - lots of space for play

Enjoy fresh milk from our cows every day. WI-FI. Parking space in front of the house. The beds are freshly made and hand and shower towels are provided. Depending on your wishes and needs, we provide our toddler equipment for your little ones.

We rent out our comfortable flats by the week.
Short-term overnight stays may be possible in the low season by arrangement for a surcharge.
We cannot accept pets.

Enjoy the sunny, quiet, single location of our fully managed farm with a magnificent view of the mountains.

Our many animals to pet, feed and watch are: Cows, calves, rabbits, pygmy goats, guinea pigs, chickens, bantams, ducks, two pygmy ponies and lovely cats. Come along for a walk with our two ponies Hannah and Fury or help feed the cows and calves and learn more about farming.

Holiday guests have been welcome on our farm since 1967 and our guests have always appreciated the family atmosphere.
Our cosy, *** and **** classified holiday flats are furnished to a high standard, in country style and have everything you expect for a relaxing, uncomplicated stay. All flats have well-equipped kitchens with dishwashers. Washing machine and dryer available.
We are happy to provide a children's equipment with high chair, cot, fall-out protection, nappy bucket and step stool for your little ones.
In the large orchard with old trees, you will find a sunbathing lawn with an unobstructed view of nature, many sunbeds, barbecue and seating areas and a large playground. While the parents relax, the children can let off steam on the ground-level trampoline, play tower with slide, a nest swing or on the football pitch. Table tennis, table football, a covered sandpit and a large children's vehicle park are also very popular. If the weather is not so great, the playroom will keep the little ones entertained.
You can start beautiful cycling or hiking tours, e.g. along the "Via Julia Augsburg-Salzburg" or to the Eggstätter Seeplatte, the oldest nature reserve in Bavaria, directly from the farm.
Lake Chiemsee with its enchanting islands is only 10 km away, the Chiemgau thermal baths in Bad Endorf are only 3 km away. The excursion possibilities for every taste and in all directions are almost limitless....
Whether fairy tale or wildlife park, museums, baths, Herrenchiemsee Castle, Berchtesgaden salt mine, Munich, Salzburg, Kufstein, Wasserburg or to one of the numerous other (bathing) lakes such as Lake Simssee, there are many destinations for every age group. The nearby mountains such as the Kampenwand, the Hochries, the Wendelstein or the Hochfelln want to be climbed on foot or by train.

For the physical well-being, there are many inns in the immediate vicinity with excellent (Bavarian) cuisine and friendly service.
Although the Frankhof is in such a quiet location, you are only 5 minutes away from the nearest bakery, supermarket or farmers' market in Bad Endorf.
or the farmer's market in Bad Endorf. Twice a week, the baker's van stops right in front of the house and in our Schmankerlkastl (delicatessen) you will find good things from our own regional production: eggs, honey, jam, (apple) juice, syrup, some pasta, liqueurs, etc.

We live and work on the farm with three generations, so you always have a contact person for your concerns or tips for excursions.

This cosy, snug and bright flat is located on the 2nd floor of our farmhouse, is furnished in country style and has a well-equipped, new eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a corner bench in the dining area, a double bedroom and the children's room with a bunk bed. The bathroom in warm colours has been renovated. At the house and in the orchard, e.g. at the garden house, you have our various seating and lounging options at your disposal, while the children can let off steam at the playground. From above, you have a good overview of what your children are doing at the playground...

Do you already know our holiday flat "Bauernhaus Simssee***" on the 2nd floor of our stately farmhouse?
The cosy flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a beautiful eat-in kitchen with a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher!), corner bench and a country-style couch. In addition, the bathroom has been newly renovated. The flat does not have a balcony, but you can always use the various seating and sunbathing possibilities at the house and in the large orchard with old trees. From there, you can also keep an eye on your children, who can let off steam in the playground.

Our largest **** flat Kampenwand, with high-quality rural-modern furnishings, on the ground floor of our holiday home is suitable for 2-6 people. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful mountain view on the sunny terrace, the children can run off straight away. Of course, you will also find a well-equipped, new kitchen with dishwasher, flat-screen TV, and a cosy living area with corner couch and nice, large dining area. Children's equipment, washing machine and dryer are available.
Playroom for rainy days in the basement.

Sit on the balcony of our cosy holiday flat Wendelstein**** on the 1st floor of the home and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The flat has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, a new dining area, a double bedroom and a children's room with bunk beds. Children's equipment, washing machine and dryer are also available here. You can of course also use the various seating and lounging options in the orchard at any time, while the children let off steam in the playground. For rainy days, our small playroom in the basement is available.
