Actively managed farm with new holiday flats

Wir, das sind Bernadette (gelernte Konditorin, angehende Hauswirtschaftsmeisterin) und Christoph (Landwirtschaftsmeister), freuen uns auf Euch!

Our farm is run on a full-time basis with 45 dairy cows, their offspring and calves as well as chickens. We offer you a change from everyday life and an insight into our daily work. Young and old alike have the opportunity to experience farming at first hand, whether working with the animals or out in the fields.

Our farm is situated at the foot of the Sonnenkopf in a quiet, sunny, secluded location just above Altstädten with a gigantic panoramic view of the Oberallgäu Alps.

The village itself is a 10-minute walk away. There is a bakery, various restaurants and cafés, as well as a village shop, which offers the essentials for everyday life as well as the finest products from various regional butchers, cheese dairies and other producers.

Our farm is the perfect starting point for excursions as a couple or with the whole family, whether by bike, on foot, by car or by public transport.
With hiking and cycling trails right on our doorstep, there is everything from easy, somewhat shorter to challenging, longer tours.
The enchanting landscape around Altstädten also invites you to go tobogganing and snowshoeing in winter. Nearby ski areas can be reached quickly.
Thanks to our central location, you can get to Oberstdorf and Immenstadt in just 15 minutes and to Oberjoch and Kempten in around 25 minutes.

The house, newly built in 2024/25, with two holiday flats, a lounge and its own guest garden, offers space for rest and relaxation, but also plenty of room to play and run around.

The holiday flats are expected to be let from the end of July 2025.
Our holiday flats will be classified by then.

Holiday flat Huinze mit Balkon

The ‘Huinzé’ holiday flat has an open-plan living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and an additional WC.
On the balcony belonging to the holiday apartment you can enjoy a wonderful sunset in summer.

The lounge ‘Zum Zämedhocké’ on the 1st floor (23 m², accessible to all guests) invites you to spend time together.
Here you will also find drinks, farm products and games for young and old.

Our house also offers a dirt lock ‘Schopf’ (on the ground floor, 25 m²) for the common use of all guests. Here you will find
- one cloakroom per apartment for stable clothes etc.
- a washing machine for the joint use of both apartments
- Space for skis/ bicycles/ prams

The house, newly built in 2024/25, also has its own guest garden.

Holiday flat Seages mit Balkon

The ‘Seages’ holiday flat (96 m², for 4 people) has an open-plan living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, an additional WC and 2 balconies.
For more than 4 people, the ‘Seages’ holiday flat is extended to 120 m² by the ‘Wetzstui’ double room.
The double room ‘Wetzstui’ (for 2 persons, 24 m², incl. bathroom with WC & balcony) belongs exclusively to the holiday apartment ‘Seages’. It is also located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance and is therefore perfect for holidays with grandparents or friends.

The lounge ‘Zum Zämedhocké’ on the 1st floor (23 m², accessible to all guests) invites you to spend time together.
