Unsere schnuckelige Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und erstrahlt in neuem Glanz mit wunderschöner Terrasse. Sie liegt gen Osten und hat zwei große Räume.

Vom Flur mit Garderobe kommst du in das helle und freundliche Bad mit Dusche/WC/Fön. Weiter geht es in die Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Eckbank, Küchenzeile und viel Stauraum (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen, Herd)

Gleich nebenan betritt man den Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, den wir hell und typisch allgäuerisch gestaltet haben. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Verwendung von Naturstoffen wie Holz und Stein haben wir eine gemütliche Stube geschaffen.

Hier findest du den durch eine besondere Fensterwand abgetrennten Schlafbereich für 2 Personen sowie einen offenen Kleiderschrank mit Kofferablage. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet neben dem Zugang zur Terrasse ein Schlafsofa, SAT-TV, WLAN und eine kleine urige Sitzbank.

Die Terrasse ist mit Holzdielen versehen und lädt an lauen Sommerabenden zum Verweilen ein. Im Winter wärmt die Morgensonne Gesicht und Gemüt.

Our special vacation apartment "Bergchalet", which was built in 2017 according to building biology, leaves nothing to be desired:

In the entrance area with checkroom and bathroom (shower/WC), a spiral staircase leads to the living and sleeping area. Down here you can already admire the landscape and the view with one step through the terrace door. Your terrace invites you to linger on warm summer evenings. Enjoy the pure nature!

Upstairs you will find warm parquet flooring, a rustic corner bench, a comfortable sofa and the kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, water bubbler) in Allgäu style. Large SAT TV in the living area and in the master bedroom as well as WLAN are on top. On the balcony you can sniff the good Allgäu air.

The main bathroom with ground-level shower (with rain shower!)/WC and hairdryer as well as a separate bedroom with open closet make the apartment complete.

From the living area you can go to the gallery with open attic and view into the nature. Another sleeping area for 2-3 people and plenty of space to relax awaits you.

Through the entrance you reach the wardrobe and the first bedroom. Here you will find a special bunk bed for the small or big children as well as a bathroom with washbasin and toilet.

Through the door you enter the large annex with kitchen, dining and living area. Especially bright and open designed you are invited here to relax, cook and enjoy the view of the village and the mountains.

The kitchen awaits you with many amenities (large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, stove). SAT-TV and WLAN are also available. Large windows and beautiful natural fabrics create a warm and friendly atmosphere.

From the annex, another door leads to the second bedroom with double bed and access to the main bathroom. This little oasis of well-being offers you a ground-level shower, large sink, toilet, window and plenty of storage space.

From the living area you enter the large garden and your sun terrace. Enjoy the peace, afternoon sun and good Allgäu air!

Small apartment, big HEART the first Tiny vacation apartment in the Landhaus Herz is created.

From a double room we conjure up for you a feel-good room for two.
Upon entering, you will find the bathroom immediately on the right. With a ground-level shower, bathroom radio and modern equipment, the day starts well!

Just opposite you will find the kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, 2-plate stove and much more (SodaStream, coffee maker, toaster, water and egg boiler) The kitchen merges with a suitcase rack and TV wall to a cozy sitting area with table and corner bench, where you sit directly at the window. Electric shutters ensure a quiet sleeping environment.

Enjoy a GREAT ambiance on your own balcony, where you can simply unwind.

Pure happiness in the heart of the Allgäu: our "Herzglück", built in 2021, promises with its chalet character a pleasant feeling of coziness and simply arriving!

Through the entrance door you reach the checkroom. To the right is your large feel-good bathroom in wood look, with window and large shower at ground level (rain shower!). Two washbasins and a toilet are also included. Through the bathroom you enter the second bedroom with a double bed and a spacious closet.

To the left of the wardrobe is the kitchen with counter (again an original from master carpenter ML) and of course the equipment you are used to: Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

Sat-TV and WLAN are part of our standard. You will find both in the living and dining area, which we have designed open and bright for you. Large windows give a feeling of a winter garden, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun.

From the living area, a door leads to the master bedroom with double bed and open closet. Here, too, the sun winks at you in the morning! Through another door it goes again into the second bedroom.

Both bedrooms have access to the large balcony that stretches across the entire apartment. A rustic bench and a massive wooden table welcome you here for your sunny breakfast.

Our heart beats for our home and guests! That is why "Huigarte" becomes our "heartbeat":

The "old lady" shines in new splendor and appearance: Here again, there are without exception carpenter furniture, the finest parquet flooring and selected natural materials for walls and floors.

The Herzschlag was the first to be built at that time, is at ground level and has a terrace. It faces east and consists of three rooms.

After the entrance, you'll find your large wardrobe right away. Straight ahead is the first bedroom with wardrobe, sofa bed, SAT-TV and again a special bunk bed. To the right of the entrance is the open kitchen and dining area. With corner bench and modern eat-in kitchen you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun and let your soul dangle already in the morning.

From the kitchen (large fridge/freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) you go into the large bathroom with ground-level large shower and toilet. A plus are the ceiling heating, hairdryer and bathroom radio! Through another door you enter the second sleeping area with double bed, closet (with safe) and satellite TV. From here you can go directly to the sun terrace and the large garden. Children can romp and play here undisturbed. WLAN is available in the entire apartment.
