The prices do not include the usual local tourist tax.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or by arrangement.
Departure is by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 6 weeks before arrival, after which 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 5 days of booking.
The remaining amount is due at least 2 weeks before arrival.

No reimbursement for early departures.
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
If the booking is made less than 14 days before the start of the trip, the total payment amount is due immediately.
If booked less than 3 days before departure, the total amount must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over. No card payment possible.

Our country farm offers space for two completely newly built, modern and traditionally furnished holiday apartments with a balcony, a beautiful garden with a lawn and a barbecue area. Rental starts at the beginning of May 2024!
Switch off from everyday life and enjoy the peaceful idyll with the chirping of birds and the babbling of the torrent. Cooling down is guaranteed on a hot summer day.

A large sandpit, slide, swing and numerous vehicles (boby car, pedal tractor, ride-on car) make every child's heart beat faster. In the winter months (from November to around May) around 25 young cattle (Allgean: Schumpen) are housed in our young cattle stable and look forward to being fed by you.

The central location is a central starting point for many sporting activities. You can reach our local mountain, the Grünten 1737m, and on the opposite side the Rottachberg on foot. Numerous hiking and cycling trails look forward to being discovered by you. In addition, numerous managed Alps invite you to take a leisurely break. In winter you can go to the nearby cross-country skiing and skating trails. A public e-charging station is just a few minutes' walk from the Landhof.

You can find regional products at the bakery and in the cheese shop “Käsbuindt”. Both are just a few minutes' walk away and can be reached on foot.

Our newly built, modern apartment "Grandma Walli" (75m²) consists of:
a large living room. We lined this with a lot of spruce wood. A modern kitchenette (dishwasher, freezer, oven), a large dining area and a comfortable couch that invites you to snuggle up.
The separate bedroom consists of a double bed 200x200. In the children's bedroom there are two single beds 90x200.
Beautiful bathroom with shower/Raindance and toilet as well as a second separate toilet.
On request, equipment for small children can be provided.

an old wood eat-in kitchen with a modern kitchenette (dishwasher, freezer, oven) with a spacious dining area. A comfortable couch that invites you to snuggle up.
The separate bedroom consists of an old wood double bed 180x200 and a bunk bed for the children 80x180.
Nice bathroom with shower/raindance and toilet.
Large sunny balcony invites you to linger.

On request, equipment for small children can be provided.
