Farm holidays amidst fruit trees in private setting

wir, das sind Schorsch und Karin Paul begrüßen Sie recht herzlich auf dem Niederauer Hof.
Wir sind beide mit vollem Herzen Landwirte und Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns immer wieder aufs Neue, mit unseren Gästen zu plaudern und die Gästefamilie kennenzulernen. Gerne bringen wir ihnen unsere schöne Heimat, das Inntal und das Leben und Arbeiten in der Landwirtschaft näher.

Price: 10 Euro per adult, 5 Euro per child from 3 to 16 years
We are happy to provide a baby bed or an extra bed on request.

Welcome to our holiday farm Niederauer Hof. Secluded private setting with panoramic with view of the mountains. Our cozy holiday flats” (3*** and 4****) for 2 to 6 guests are in our separate house “Zuhäusl”. For your children, we have ample space to play and many animals to pet.

The surrounding landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. Bicycles available for guests. Distance to swimming lake 500m, to bus stop 200m, to shops 2km, to lake Chiemsee 30km, to Munich 60 km.
Our farm is located alongside three long-distance cycle paths (River Inn Cycle Path, from lake Constance to lake Königssee Cycle Path and Mozart Cycle Path), the famous German Alpine Road and the Way of Saint James. Hence, we also welcome guests who would only want to stay for 1 night.

Pick-up service from the train station, breakfast buffet or breakfast service possible. Single overnight stay possible.

Prices per day, depending on accommodation and length of stay:
For 2 guests from €52 to €65. Every additional person €15, children under 2 years free, from 2 years €6.

Sunny, cozy double rooms (4****) with shower and toilet, balcony or terrace in our newly build annex. Breakfast buffet included. Optimum of living comfort by the use of natural materials for the interior.
Price per person in the double room, depending on length of stay:
From €29 to €32.50, children under 2 years free, children from 2 to 10 years €10 per night.
The additional Visitor‘s Tax is €0.65 per adult per day .

The holiday flat hast two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, living room and balcony.
The settees in the living room can easily be turned into comfortable single beds.
The flat can also be rented with just one bedroom and one bathroom at a correspondingly lower price.

Our sunny 4 *** double room is ideal to spend your days in a uniquely beautiful setting.
Enjoy the panoramic view of our local mountains. The large windows make you feel as if you stay right in our orchard with magnificent old trees.
Start the day with our rich and tasty breakfast buffet and enjoy the regional products and the fresh milk from our cows.
In the evening, enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine on the furnished terrace.
Our outside BBQ area as well as the tumble dryer and the washing machine in the laundry room are at your disposal at any time.

This holiday flat is an apartment with 48sqm with shower and toilet. The east-facing balcony is ideal for a sunny breakfast. The flat is equipped with a kitchenette with a 4 ring hob, oven and fridge. Of course, there also is a dinette and a cozy settee. A shelf unit separates the double bed from the living room area. The settee can be turned into two single beds for the children.
