Arrivals and departures are possible from Monday to Saturday. No arrivals and departures on Sundays.
Booking of our vacation apartments GABI and IRMI is possible from 4 nights with a surcharge if available at short notice.

Get away from it all in the Upper Bavarian Alps! Welcome to the Oberpartenhauser Hof farm in Gmund am Tegernsee.

We warmly welcome you to our family-run farm.
You can look forward to the ringing of the cowbells, the neighing of the horses, the meowing of the cats and the snorting of our ponies.
Our family has been a host and vacation companion since 1959 and is always happy to welcome guests to our farm.

We cultivate grassland, keep suckler cows and are delighted when our guests can watch the little calves in our orchard.
Our farm is conveniently located for all kinds of activities - whether in summer or winter.

From our farm it is about 1.5 km to the center of the village and the train station; a bus stop is very close by. The lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via a cycle path.

Holiday flat Annelies - unsere „Gmiatliche“

You will find our Annelies vacation apartment in the southern extension of our farm.
It will enchant you with its view of the lake and our meadows.
Several seats around the apartment invite you to linger and enjoy your snack or breakfast in the sun.

Our “Annelies” is suitable for 2 persons or for “small” families. The apartment is at ground level, has 2 separate bedrooms - in the children's room there is a bunk bed, as well as a cozy kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Holiday flat Christl - unsere "Große"

Our Christl apartment invites you to linger in the comfortably equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. On the balcony, which has direct access from the kitchen, you can enjoy the morning sun and watch Christl's cows.
You can also access the balcony from the large bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The children's room with its two single beds offers enough space for the little ones and has its own additional bathroom.

Please note: If the 2nd bedroom is also used for a booking with 2 people, there is a surcharge.

Please understand: We like children very much, but have decided with a heavy heart to no longer rent our apartment CHRISTL to families with toddlers or younger children due to the noise, the ceiling vibration and also the relaxation of our other house guests.

Our ground floor apartment ANNELIES, on the other hand, is ideal for small children.

Holiday flat Gabi - unsere "Kuschlige"

Enjoy your breakfast on the surrounding balcony in the morning sun and your snack in the evening sun in our vacation apartment Gabi.

This vacation apartment is suitable for two people and has a living room
