Wir, Regina mit Matthias sowie meine Eltern Traudi und Wasti freuen uns auf Sie.
In jeder Wohnung steht Ihnen ein Jura-Kaffeevollautomat zur Verfügung. Für den ersten guten Espresso bekommen Sie ein Päckchen feiner Bohnen einer regionalen Rösterei.
In den Badezimmern haben Sie kostenfreie Naturkosmetik-Produkte von Chiemsee Liebe.
Wir bieten auch einen täglichen Brötchenservice an.
Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich oder nach Absprache.
Die Abreise erfolgt bis 09:30 Uhr.
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis 2 Monate vor Anreise möglich, danach fallen 90 % des Gesamtpreises als Stornokosten an.
Der komplette Übernachtungspreis ist bitte spätestens 2 Monate vor Anreise zu begleichen.

Location & size
Our farm is picturesquely situated on a hill of 680 meters with a view of the wonderful mountains of the Berchtesgadener Land in the best secluded location. The panoramic view swings from the Kehlstein over the Watzmann to the Hochkalter - a view that makes us grateful every day. Ramsau and Berchtesgaden are five km away, you can reach the Königssee in about 15 minutes, you need about 40 minutes to get to Salzburg and the border to Austria is also very close.
The origins of the Schoberlehen Hof go back a long way: it was first mentioned in a document as early as 1385. We have furnished our three chalet apartments with love and high-quality details: with us you can expect down instead of synthetic fiber duvets, because you simply sleep better in them. The furniture comes from the carpenter, the loden fabric from "Steiner Tirol", the kitchen is equipped with the best appliances, we get the natural cosmetics from "Chiemsee Liebe" and the coffee for the fine Jura machine comes from a small, fine roastery in the area. Since the apartments vary in size, couples as well as families with children will find just the right thing for themselves. In addition to the fine furnishings, all three have one thing in common: an overwhelming view. To the east in the direction of Kehlstein, to the south in the direction of Watzmann to the west to the high altar. With us you can rightly say: the mountains are calling!
Farm experiences
Our mountain farm with around eight dairy cows and their offspring is run by our family with great respect for the animals. We are not an adventure farm because we think - the experience takes place right outside the farm door. Of course, children are also allowed to go into the barn or, if necessary, ride on the tractor - but the well-being of the animals is also the top priority here. We are happy to convey to the children that milk is a high-quality product - especially when it comes from a small mountain farm.
Children can move around freely on our premises, watch the cows graze on the pasture in summer, watch the chickens and the proud rooster Sepp, pet our three cats Striezi, Maunki and Batzi and soon on a small playground on the swing or lose track of time in the sandbox. After sunset, perhaps during a cozy barbecue evening under a clear sky, you should definitely look up: our starry sky is hard to beat in terms of beauty.
Winter in the Berchtesgadener Land
In summer, peaks and pastures, lakes and excursion destinations around Bischofswiesen lure - in winter, when it has snowed, a magical landscape that you can't get enough of. Children build igloos, whiz down the mountain on sleds - adults explore the snowy landscape on footpaths. Over 100 km of groomed trails - our guests are particularly enthusiastic about the Aschauerweiher cross-country skiing center through quiet valleys and over hilltops. Those who prefer alpine skiing can choose between several ski areas: the Götschen, Rossfeld or Jenner with its brand new cable car and ski schools on site.
We also recommend the transition months from autumn to winter, from winter to spring: not only because our beautiful chalet apartments are then 10 percent cheaper - but because tourist destinations are much quieter during the city season. A visit to the beautiful "Watzmann-Therme" in Berchtesgaden or the "RupertusTherme" in Bad Reichenhall is a good fit.
Highlights in the area
We recommend our guests to leave the car behind and explore our beautiful mountain area on foot. For example, during a hike to the "Dead Man" and back over the Götschenkopf. In summer we love our natural pool Aschauerweiher in Berchtesgaden - also ideal for families with children. A trip to the Königssee with a boat trip to Sankt Bartholomä is actually a must. The mighty rocks fall vertically into the deep lake. The entire Bavarian Forest National Park, Germany's only Alpine National Park, is worth a visit at any time of the year with its flora and fauna, the "House of Mountains" and the guided hikes. And if you like a bit of culture and city life, you can visit the UNESCO World Heritage City of Salzburg. Whether active or looking for relaxation - we have plenty of tips for our guests.

The flat also has underfloor heating, TVs in all bedrooms and the spacious kitchen-living room.

The luxurious chalet apartment offers a touch of luxury for 2 people on 80 square meters.
This lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor with exposed roof trusses, a large south-facing balcony with 2 daybeds and an outdoor dining area with a view of the Berchtesgaden mountains and the Watzmann massif.
The bedroom faces east - here you can enjoy the fresh morning air and the sunrise from the balcony - with a view of the Kehlstein and the adjacent mountain ranges. We have high-quality down and feather pillows and blankets, the mattresses and slatted frames are from Austria.
The spacious living area with open kitchen and cozy cozy corner invites you to linger and relax. Of course, we used high-quality materials such as stone loden and carpenter furniture and chose colors and fabrics with a lot of passion.
