Wir sind die Familie Kurzemann und begrüßen Sie herzlich in unserem idyllischen Haus im Landkreis Lindau. Hier, umgeben von malerischer Landschaft, laden wir Sie ein, die Ruhe und Schönheit der Umgebung zu genießen. Ob entspannte Tage in der Natur, die Umgebung erkunden oder Seele baumeln lassen, bei uns im Wald & Wiesenparadies sind Sie richtig!

A little time out? Recreation? Breathe in the country air, get to the lake quickly, enjoy hiking in the mountains, get to know the Allgäu, get a taste of culture in Bregenz, stroll along the promenade in Lindau, happy, satisfied children's eyes, get on your bike right outside the front door, smell the fresh grass or hay,... You can experience all this and much more with us. Our two new vacation apartments were built in 2024 in our house, the former agricultural building. We have put a lot of love, time and work into the design and installation of the apartments. Our top priority is that we want to feel at home here ourselves. With this goal in mind, both apartments are cozy, but also modern and contemporary. Our quiet but central location on the outskirts of Niederstaufen below the nature and landscape conservation area “Rohrachschlucht” offers enough space for 4-5 people in each apartment. Situated in the tri-border region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Niederstaufen is the ideal base for countless activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The good transport connections (5 min. to the A96 highway) by car, bus or bicycle make Niederstaufen a perfect starting point. You can reach the surrounding towns of Bregenz, Wangen and Lindau in 15 minutes by car. Day trips to the fairytale castle of Neuschwanstein, to Oberstdorf, to the island of Mainau or to Affenberg in Salem are ideal, varied destinations for the whole family. Public transport also connects us to Lake Constance, the Allgäu, Austria and Switzerland every half hour. The surrounding train stations of Lindau, Hergatz and Heimenkirch offer regular train connections to Oberstaufen, Oberstdorf, Ulm, Füssen, Augsburg, Munich, Zurich and Innsbruck. You can reach many bathing lakes and outdoor pools in 10-20 minutes. In winter, numerous ski areas, e.g. Steibis/Hündle/Hochhäderich, invite beginners and cross-country skiers to enjoy great winter sports. Passionate skiers can reach a large number of ski areas in approx. 60 minutes. Both apartments have a spacious, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster are part of the basic equipment. From the living area you enter the spacious covered balconies furnished with new garden furniture/sunshades, both of which are equipped with gas barbecues. From here you have wonderful views of the countryside and of Lake Constance, Vorarlberg and Switzerland. Fantastic sunsets are guaranteed. In the bedrooms, each apartment has one room with a double bed and another room with two to three single beds. The bathrooms are newly built and flooded with daylight with new washer-dryers and spacious showers. There are separate guest WCs in both apartments. You will also find a flat screen TV in the living rooms. The windows are fitted with insect screens. WLAN is available free of charge. A charging station for electric cars and a lockable bicycle shed with charging facilities, both directly at the house, provide further relaxation. A new barbecue area with fire bowl has been created for our guests. On our family-friendly farm you will be welcomed by our family dog “Jogi”. A donkey, a pony, various chickens and sheep with their lambs are also part of our country life. In 2021, we planted a generous orchard with over 40 fruit trees that are suitable for the region. We are a certified organic farm.
