Our farmhouse is located in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape. Embedded in lush green meadows, we offer relaxation with lots of nature.
We are situated on the western outskirts of Oberaudorf in a very quiet location.
Many hiking tours start directly at the house.
There are wonderful cycle paths, whether to the nearby town of Kufstein along the Inn dam or beautiful mountain bike tours.
The surrounding lakes make for a pleasant day of swimming.
There is plenty on offer for younger guests at Hocheck (summer toboggan run, flying fox,...).
Various animals live on our farm (horses, sheep, goats and cats).
The sunny vacation apartments with balcony and wonderful views of the Kaiser Mountains ensure a pleasant stay.
Walks along the beautiful Auerbach stream followed by a tour of the new Kneipp facility by the stream ensure relaxation and well-being.
On our sunbathing lawn you can end the day with a cool beer or simply soak up the sun.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads right past the house. The Hocheck ski area in Oberaudorf is ideal for children and adults to experience a pleasant, not too demanding day of skiing or to whizz down the toboggan run. Also possible in the evening (floodlit).
A larger ski area is 20 minutes away at Sudelfeld or in Austria.

Holiday flat Bergblick
Our apartment Bergblick is located on the 2nd floor with a covered balcony and a beautiful view of the Kaiser Mountains.
It is a self-contained apartment with a bedroom (1 double bed), kitchen and bathroom (shower & WC).
Adjacent to the apartment are two further bedrooms. One room with a single bed and washbasin and another room with two single beds and washbasin.
All bedrooms are equipped with bed linen.
The kitchenette is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, [INCOMPLETE DRAWING CHAIN] with the following electrical appliances. => Refrigerator, two hotplates, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler, microwave.
The TV is located in the kitchen.
The cozy balcony is accessible via the kitchen and equipped with table and chairs.
In the bathroom you will find towels, bath mat, hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper and cosmetic tissues.
Holiday flat Hochland
Our Hochland apartment is 50 square meters in size and is located on the 1st floor in the main house. The apartment is furnished with lots of wood in a cozy country house style. It is a self-contained apartment with a bedroom (1 double bed), living/dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower & washbasin) and separate WC with washbasin.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.
The kitchenette is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, with the following electrical appliances. => Refrigerator, freezer, two hotplates, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
The living and dining area are furnished with a corner bench, table and chairs, couch and a TV.
Next to the apartment is the common room with balcony and seating.
You are welcome to use the terrace in front of the main house. Equipped with wooden seating.
Large sunbathing lawn with seating and deckchairs for all house guests.
Free WLAN access throughout the house and on the terrace.
In the bathroom you will find towels, bath mat, hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper and cosmetic tissues.
Holiday flat Zuhäusl
Our apartment Zuhäusl is 50 square meters in size and is located on the first floor in a separate house on our farm with its own entrance.
It is a self-contained apartment with a bedroom (1 double bed), kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom (walk-in shower & WC). The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.
The kitchenette is fully equipped (dishes, glasses, cutlery, ...) and equipped with the following electrical appliances. => Refrigerator, freezer, two hotplates, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
The living room is furnished with a couch and a TV.
Small terrace with seating set in front of the cottage and view of the Kaiser Mountains.
Large sunbathing lawn with seating and deckchairs for all house guests.
WLAN access in the main house next door.
