Herzliche Willkommen,
ich bin Ihre Gastgeberin. Verheiratet, Mutter von 2 Kindern, Bankkauffrau, Ernährungs-Mental- und Bewegungsberater (nach ZfN).
Mit sehr viele Leidenschaft und Herz betreibe ich mit meinem Mann Michael Gerg seit 2010 unsere 4 Ferienwohnungen. Wir freuen uns herzlich auf Sie.

The prices are for 2 persons, from 5 nights, including bed linen, table linen, hand and bath towels and final cleaning. The beds are made by us for you.
For each additional person we charge per night:
+ 10 Euro for children from 0 to 11 years old
+ 15 Euro from 11 - 17 years
+ 20 Euro for adults
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
For your children we are happy to provide a cot/extra bed and a high chair, free of charge.
DOGS
Only after personal agreement can your dog (+ 20,- €/day). We ask for your understanding that only one dog per apartment is allowed. However, this dog should not sleep in the bed or on the couch, but in its own dog bed. Likewise, the dog should not be left alone in the apartment and should bring its own dog bowl. Dogs are not welcome in the apartment's garden and must always be kept on a leash. It is important to us that the apartment is vacuumed on departure.
Arrival from 15:00 o'clock to 18 o'clock or after arrangement gladly also earlier
Departure until 9:30 a.m.
Payment:
Please make 30% of the accommodation price when booking and the remaining amount simply transfer one week before arrival or pay cash on site.
Short stays

Dear guests we are happy to rent our apartments also from 2 to 4 nights in the off-seasons or when we have a gap. The price always depends on the season. For a short stay of 2 to 3 nights we charge the season price x the nights + 70 Euro (2 - 4 nights) short stay flat rate. Just contact us by email or phone, we will find the right vacation for you.

Beautiful apartments in a dreamlike location, separate entrances and balconies, fresh air in the climatic health resort Lenggries, biking and hiking trails directly in front of the door, deepest real Bavaria, a family that welcomes you warmly, mountains right in front of your nose, the Brauneck ski and hiking area only 900 m away from us, the cross-country ski trail entrance is behind our house (100 m), we are happy to organize a cab for you from the train station (1 km), large playground only 5 minutes walk from us and the most beautiful:
there are still so many countless possibilities for many beautiful moments that want to be discovered.
